Adding Business or Premium Support & Management

There are three levels of Support & Management available to Webslice users. The Standard tier is free, while the Business and Premium tiers are paid options.

Support & Management tiers affect:

  • The range of features available to you in the Webslice Console.
  • Our proactive monitoring and maintenance of your infrastructure and containers, and round-the-clock responses to any incidents.
  • How you can contact and talk with our support team, and the sorts of issues that they can help with.

When you upgrade your Support & Management, the new tier applies to your entire team and all the servers and containers that you collaborate on. (If you don’t work with any teams on Webslice, your selection applies to everything in your account.)

To change your Support & Management tier, go to your Team Settings. You will need admin-level access to make this change.
